Setting Idle speed for when you are or are not in the vehicle (mainly use for tow trucks; fire engines; ladder trucks; etc...).

Description
I have noticed when i play the game that i have to hold the gas down to get command arms/beams to work more quickly, but not realistically as idle is at maxed out rpm's. Some of you might be familiar with the term "High Idle". And i have figured out a way to make a vehicle "high idle" when not in the vehicle(put truck in manual trans mode; put in neutral; floor accelerator; and hit enter and exit without letting off accelerator)but that method is unrealistic as well because you are idling at 8,000 rpm's instead of 3,500 or 4,000 rpm's. I would like this feature to be added to the game because it would add more realism to the game, but it is not a high priority at this time. Hope that you guys will look into this, thanks.
