Description
In .23 and newer while in an MP server, if anyone leaves the server it makes the game crash to desktop.

Only happens if someone who has a vehicle spawned that you can see disconnects. So the game crashes trying to remove the guy's vehicle.

i found and fixed some bug yesterday, we will see if it was that with the next version.
