Mouse drag not working in latest update?

Description
As the title suggests. I did a quick search on here for a similar problem but no results. I can click on everything just fine menu wise, but I noticed mouse drag doesnt work whatsoever. I'm running a Acer Aspire 5736z, 64 bit Windows 7 with 4gb ram and a Pentium Dualcore T4500

Known issue, see the changelog:

In 0.38.20 you will see the line:
new mouse behavior basics, WIP (mouse grabbing not working yet)
But I suppose we don't have a bug ticket yet...

It's cool. Under the ror .38 beta forum thread it states that:
"to get 0.38 bugs fixed, even if the bugs are known: please ensure that the bugs are listed there: http://redmine.rigsofrods.com/projec...ues?query_id=8
if they are not listed there, they are considered as not known. so, please move or add existing issues to the 0.38 target version."
so I suppose we needed the bug listed anyway

i can not grab or drag a node manually with the mouse in 0.38.24 -> confirmed
