Description

Recently, RoR is growing so fast and there are so many great features added.
(I'm pretty sure I haven't discovered half of the new things...)

Hence, it would be a usefull feature to add a popup-screen in game with an overview.
May to it can contain all keyboards-shortcuts or even every available event.

This would help new players to discover RoR in a more simple way.

I think that this is a great idea, because when I first came to RoR, it took me a couple days to find out all of the controls for RoR. One of the really important things IMHO, is that there should be a line that says "On most vehicles in RoR the hydraulics/special functions are controlled by F-keys 1 through 12 (F1-F12). Sometimes, they may even be used in conjunction with the Ctrl or Alt keys (e.g. Ctrl+F1, or Alt+F1), or sometimes both together (e.g. Ctrl+Alt+F1)". Or at least maybe something along those lines.

IMHO once #839 is fixed, that should make it easier to see what key does what, but perhaps we could add an online page (repo/wiki) for user editing, that way users could keep it up-to-date (less work on tdev, etc).

If we do that we would need to add some type of link in the config (the only one I found was the under the "about" tab)
So something like http://www.rigsofrods.com/wiki/index.php?title=Beginner%27s_Guide but updated (by folks like me and you) and linked in the cofigurator
