Description

Since version .35 (forget subversion it stopped, perhaps .35.0), though toggling the GPWS on lights it's indicator in planes, there no longer is any alert/indication that you're near the ground.
There used to be a "Pull up!" sound alert in english versions.

GPWS, PullUP , Minimums, AP-disconnect and stall warning (audio) working again
New pullup trigger calculation method.
Fixed some magic number stuff and gpws height calculation ( correct for any plane now )
New default sounds and soundscripts added

Fixed in rev 1840
