Description
As per tdevs request (see here http://forum.rigsofrods.com/index.php?topic=35121.msg337978).
Basically fog is now hardcoded into the new caelum so the slider in the configurator no longer works.

I don't believe the distance is hard coded in Caleum, I think it has a default value that we aren't changing. More needs to be done with this since the fogs behaves differently on Linux than it does on windows.

From what I understand secondking, your patch only changes the settings in the configurator, not RoR, the problem we are having has to do with how caelum interacts with RoR, namely there being some default fog value we have missed in the caelum settings which affects the fog which isn't being changed by the configurator.

the only thing i can see that isn't working is the turn off switch.
