Description

A message stating "Unable to connect to the server. It is certainly down or you have network problems" appears in the following conditions for Windows RoR when attempting to play multiplayer matching the following conditions -
1) Wrong password is specified/absent in client/rorconfig from that of the server (Server is up, no network problem, just a wrong password specified)
2) Server is full (Server is up, no network problem, it's just full)

Client messages indicating the true issue would be better for troubleshooting/knowing why one can't connect than the generic one currently displayed.

I believe that such error description are present already, judging from what I have read from the sources of the server application. I may not be correct though.

They do indeed appear correctly on the server side console.
It is the client that always gives "Unable to connect to the server. It is certainly down or you have network problems" even when the condistions from my report are met, at least as of version 36.2
