Bug #401: fix and improve LODs in RoR
LODs do not work on first instance of an object on a terrain.

Description
If one has multiple objects of the same type on a terrain, i.e.
250, 10, 5, 0, 180, 0, traintrack.mesh
260, 10, 5, 0, 180, 0, traintrack.mesh
270, 10, 5, 0, 180, 0, traintrack.mesh
then on the first object referenced in the terrain file (traintrack.mesh at location (250, 10, 5)) LODs do not work at all. On all objects of the same type following it in the terrain file, LODs work fine.
